1. Order Processing (Handling Time) & Shipping Time
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Once processed, standard shipping transit time is approximately 7–10 business days. Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and destination.
Custom Orders: Please allow 7-14 business days for production of custom or personalized jackets.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Peak Season Advisory:
To ensure timely delivery during high-demand periods such as Halloween, Christmas, New Year, or other special events, we recommend placing orders at least 20 days in advance. This helps avoid potential delays due to increased order volumes and shipping constraints. While we strive to fulfill all orders promptly, extended processing or delivery times may occur during these peak seasons.
2. Shipping Methods, Rates and Transit Times
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required. This includes both domestic and international destinations.
