Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No, we currently ship only within the United States.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
Where’s my tracking number?
You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. You can track it through the carrier’s website.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return window?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
What are the return conditions?
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged)
Who pays return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
How long for a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes, we do not accept returns for:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous or flammable items
Order Issues
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item (if eligible), and place a new order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we can’t guarantee changes if the order has been processed.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 business days with photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund based on the issue.
What if my package is lost?
We’ll replace your order at no cost if the correct address was entered. A refund may require a 30-day carrier investigation.
