1. Return Policy

At Varsity N Jacket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized jackets (including those with name, number, or logo embroidery) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin the return process, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if returning due to damage or defect)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and return shipping information.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.


2. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Deductions:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the item was returned due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), you will receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
