At Varsity N Jacket, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt).
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized jackets (including those with name, number, or logo embroidery) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
