At Varsity N Jacket, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, including all original tags, labels, and packaging.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note the following items are not eligible for return:

Customized or Personalized Products: Jackets that are custom-made or personalized — including those featuring name, number, logo embroidery, or any other requested modifications — cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.

Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

2.Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with clear photographs of the item and a detailed description of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

If your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and tracking information. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (required if the item is damaged or defective)
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and return shipping information.
Please note: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses. For all returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6.Exchangs

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
